Our branches are located around the world and provide a wide range of test types and solutions.
LABORATORY FOR CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
Main activities:
• assessment of safety indicators of food products, food raw materials, grain, animal feed: determination of toxic elements (cadmium, arsenic, lead, mercury), mycotoxins (aflatoxins, ZON, DON, ochratoxin A, T2-toxin), pesticide residues (COS , FOS), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), benz (a) pyrene, nitrosamines, antibacterial, medicinal and veterinary drugs, hormonal substances, harmful impurities, infestation and contamination by pests;
• assessment of quality indicators of food, grain and feed: determination of macro- and microelements, vitamins (groups B, A, C); cations and anions in water and soft drinks; mass fraction of fat, protein, moisture, dry skimmed milk residue (SOMO) in dairy products; mass fraction of crude fiber, crude fat, crude protein, crude ash, moisture, starch, urea, phosphorus, nitrates, nitrites, chlorides in grain and feed (including animal origin); amino acid composition of feed; mineral and weed impurities in grain and products of its processing, etc.;
• organoleptic evaluation of food products, food raw materials, grain, animal feed: appearance, color and cut, smell (aroma), texture, taste, etc.;
• assessment of authenticity and detection of falsification of dairy products:
• determination of the fatty acid composition of the fatty phase of dairy products;
• determination of the sterol composition of the fatty phase of dairy products (determination of the presence of fats of non-dairy origin);
• assessment of authenticity and identification of falsification of honey:
• definition of diastase number;
• determination of the mass fraction of carbohydrates (sugars);
• biochemical analysis of blood serum of animals:
• assessment of the state of protein metabolism (total protein, albumin, total bilirubin, urea, uric acid, creatinine);
• assessment of the state of carbohydrate metabolism (glucose);
• assessment of lipid metabolism (triglycerides, cholesterol);
• assessment of enzyme activity (alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase, amylase (diastase));
• assessment of the state of water-electrolyte and mineral metabolism (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron, chlorides).
MATERIALS SCIENCE LABORATORY conducts:

• development of test methods for operational and technological properties of textile materials, clothing standards;
• harmonization of international standards for garments;
• study of the properties of new types of materials used in the manufacture of clothing assortment groups, development of technical specifications for textile materials;
• formation of a package of materials for insulated products with improved performance for different climatic zones;
• development of recommendations on the presence of the necessary functional structural elements in clothing, depending on the operating conditions;
• study of the materials of the package of insulated clothing in terms of heat-shielding and operational properties, migration of insulation fibers through the covering materials (fabric, knitwear, etc.);
• development of recommendations on the application, operating conditions of the presented sample of clothing (taking into account the minimum ambient temperature, wind speed, duration of work and rest);
• development of recommendations for clothing with high thermal insulation necessary to ensure thermal comfort when working in cold conditions;
• experimental wear of products in accordance with the approved methodology.
We also have a full range of CONSTRUCTION TESTS:
• testing of concrete, solutions and reinforced concrete structures
• testing of bricks and ceramic stones
• soil and sand testing
• pull-out testing of anchors and dowels of all types
• testing of fire escapes and portable ladders
• testing of roof railings and balconies
• determination of adhesion
• quality control of fire-retardant coatings
Works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of normative and technical documentation and the work schedule.
